(POST NATAL CARE)

Post natal care (post-natal) is the care given in the period following child birth and is explained in Ayurveda as Sutika paricharya. Ayurveda prescribes specific medicines,supplements, nutritional measures , daily activities and therapeutic procedures for the repair and protection of the women to keep her vital and pure.
